Consultation of the archival material is possible only by prior request for an appointment, to be sent to the above addresses.
For consultation of the volumes belonging to the personal libraries (AMOM, EPOV, GPOL, LSQU, MAL, MILL, PSAM, ROL), the authorization request has to arrive at least three working days before the date of the consultation.
In any case, the request has to be justified and it must contain explicit reference to the research that is taking place and the institution / University to which you are working.
Francesco Gallia's Wagnerian library contains over a thousand volumes exclusively related to the theatrical and musical production of Richard Wagner. There are many editorial rarities, as well as numerous texts in German of great historical-documentary value. The library was donated to the Fondazione Giorgio Cini in 1990.
