ध्रुवो मठ्यो रूपकश्च झम्पा त्रिपुट एव च । अटतालैकतालश्च सप्त तालाः प्रकीर्तिताः ॥
ध्रुवताले लघुकार्यं[र्यः] स्त्र[त]तश्चेको गुरूद्रु[र्य]तः । मव्य[ठ्य]ताले क्रमेणैव जगणश्च प्रकीर्तितः ॥

नीचखलीलतालञ्चमार्गनेश्यगुरूद्वयं । ण्डजाति ॥
वसन्ततालकर्तव्यं जगणोमगणस्तथा भवेद्राजविनोडने ।
संकीर्णजाति ॥

Contents: A small treatise, probably a fragment, or a ch. of a larger work. It deals with tāla. The different rhythmic cycles and their patterns are presented and explained. The Ms has several scriptorial blunders and missing portions.

According to K. S. Śāstrī's Catalogue, this work is the Tālādhyāyaḥ, the ch. on tāla with a Telugu commentary (āndhra-ṭīkā-sahitā) of another Ms intitled Abhinaya-darpaṇam (in Telugu, with Telugu ṭīkā), corresponding to Ms n. 12985 at the G.O.M.L., Chennai.
